Looking for an HR Executive in my team.

Roles & Responsibilities would include

-> Recruitment through job portals, social media handles etc, majorly working on Pharma based roles

-> Onboarding of new candidates, end to end from offer, documentation etc

-> HR operations, code, email id creation, exit interview process

-> Manage end to end employee life cycle with a zeal to constantly work on process improvement

Further interest in HR analytics would be an added advantage

Location -: Mumbai (Please note it’s a work from office opportunity, 6 days a week) , further second & third Saturday in a month would be off.

Qualification required-: MBA / PGDM in HR is a must

0- 3 years of Recruitment experience in Pharma / FMCG sector is preferred
