As a Talent Acquisition, your typical day would look like this:

▫ Identifying and understanding the hiring needs.

 

▫ Creating and implementing recruiting strategies.

▫ Maintain a string talent pipeline.

▫ Conducting in-depth candidate assessments.

▫ Close positions within the Given TAT.

▫ Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates and interviews.

What it requires to do the Job:

▫ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

▫ Proven experience as a Recruiter or talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technical and non-technical roles.

▫ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

▫ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
