Magnon Group is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic team who will be handling #B2B SaaS clientele.


#Role #Description :


This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Account/Program Director located in #Noida. The role involves overseeing and managing the company's B2B account, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized integrated solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving client retention, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.


#Qualifications:


✦ B.E./B.Tech & Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


✦ Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in account management or program direction, preferably in a B2B SaaS industry.


✦ Proven track record of successful project, account, and client relationship management.


✦ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.


✦ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.


✦ Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.


✦Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop a team.


✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with project management tools.


✦ Experience in digital and content strategy, creative production, and B2B campaign strategy.


✦ Strong understanding of account-based marketing and prior experience in handling global campaigns.


✦ Prior experience in handling B2B SaaS accounts/clients is a must.
