AlNajah Chemical Industries Company is looking for a secretary.
Location in Amman.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
· Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
· Keep the office environment tidy and organized.
· Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
· Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
· Act as a point of contact between the organization and clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
· Distribute information to team members as needed.
· Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
· Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
· Assist in coordinating projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
· Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
Qualifications
· Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in company secretarial work, preferably in manufacturing.
· Previous experience in executive administrative assistance and support
· Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information.
· Very good in English and Arabic languages
· Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
