Greenwood Hotels and Resorts is looking for HR Executive/ Asst Manager HR with the enthusiasm to complete HR tasks with the zeal to learn and explore new trends of employee engagement activities, being responsible for managing employee relations, individual and organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment law compliance.

They will also work closely with other members of the management team to enhance the effectiveness of human resource policies and practices, and to provide the highest level of support to the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proficiency in HR policies, practices, and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

A hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach to human resources management

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information

Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
