Magnon Group is looking for a Creative Lead (Art).

#Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead (ART) to join our design team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the visual design aspects of our projects, collaborating with our clients, and mentoring junior team members to produce compelling and unique creative(newsletters, EDMs, emailers, PPT, and marketing campaigns) solutions. This is a full-time on-site role for #Noida.

#Key #Responsibilities:

★ Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual content for diverse projects, largely digital media.

★ Conceptualization: Develop and present creative ideas and concepts for client projects, ensuring alignment with their brand identity and objectives.

★ Design Execution: Oversee and actively participate in the design process, producing visuals that exceed client expectations.

★ Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and account managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client projects.

★ Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, conducting client presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

★ Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

★ Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality standard in all creative deliverables.

#Qualifications:

➣ 7 to 10 years of experience in a digital advertising or Marketing agency.

➣ Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs, emailers, PPT, and marketing campaigns.

➣ Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

➣ Experience managing design projects from conception to delivery, including experience in presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

➣ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

➣ Bachelor's or Master’s in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

➣ Experience in leading and mentoring design teams is a plus.

➣ Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D design is a plus
