Amaze Systems, Inc is hiring for Senior Corporate HR/ Senior HR Executive for Internal hiring. (IT Staffing Background Only)

Required & Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Corporate HR with full-cycle recruiting experience.

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for India and North America IT staffing .

- End to End recruitment including all candidates Induction , all candidates BGV , and all candidates documents collection .

- Source and recruit candidates by using company databases, LinkedIn, job boards, Reference etc.

- End to end recruitment knowledge is must Joining/exit formalities

- Talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

- Required: Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 Years experience ( IT Staffing)

- Excellent Communication Skills are mandatory.

- Proficient in job boards, LinkedIn

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

- Coordinate with managers on the process execution.

Shift Timings- Night Shift

Location – Sec 63, Noida.

Excellent communication skills (both Verbal and Written)
