Arvind Limited, a diversified 1.8 Billion USD conglomerate is looking for some bright professional's to further strengthen its rapidly expanding skills team

A. Head - Special Projects - 2 no's

Ideal profile would be a Post graduate with 12-15 years of experience in Leadership position in Skill development Projects in Textile and Apparel industry .

Key deliverables from position include -

1. Working with internal stakeholders ( including Leadership Team at various plant's ) to assess man power demand supply gap & Training needs.

2. Basis same Interface with various State & Central government Authorities , Submit Proposal & procure Orders , Set up of training infrastructure , Hire teams and ensure seamless execution of skilling projects .

3. Working with plant team to track progress of students Placed post training from Productivity and Retention Perspective.

4. Overall accountability for P&L of such projects and their outcomes .

We are looking at Hiring two professional's one each for leading our Textile and Apparel related Projects.

Both these positions will be based out of Ahmedabad .

B. Learning Experience Enhancement Specialist - 2 positions

Ideal profile would be a Post Graduate with 12-15 experience in having handled Plant Production Operations in Textile & Apparel Industry.Candidate having lead training function in the Industry would have added advantage.

Key deliverables of this role

1. Devising of Program curriculum in discussion with plant officials to align with their requirement.

2. Recruitment of trainers and ensuring their training and certification.

3. Ensure seamless conduct of student training program and thereby desired learning outcomes .

4. Examination and Certification of students .

5. Hand holding of Trained students during first year of work at plant locations.

6. Re Skilling of trainees as and when required .

For this role we are looking for two professional , one each for our Textile and Apparel Business . Textile position will be based out of Ahmedabad and Apparel position out of Patna / Bhubaneswar .

C. Project Coordinator /Program Managers / Centre Heads -

Ideal Profile with a Post graduate with 6-10 years of Experience of having lead Skilling Projects like DDUGKY , PMKVY, RTD . Positions Exist in states of Gujarat, Bihar, Odisha and Jharkhand.

D. Placement Manager/ Executives-

Ideal Profile with a graduate with 6-10 years of experience in having done placements in Skilling domain. Positions exist in following location - Ahmedabad, Patna, Kochi, Bhubaneswar & Ranchi.

E. Mobilisation Managers / Executives -

We are looking at seasoned sales professional to spearhead our candidate mobilisation efforts in state of Odisha , Bihar and Gujarat. Candidates with lesser experience would be considered for executive roles.
