Magnon Group is looking for an Associate Account Director to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding their business objectives, creating tailored advertising solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the advertising industry.

 

#Responsibilities:

✦ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

✦ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

✦ Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaigns, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

✦ Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.

✦ Work closely with the creative and other teams to develop customized advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.

✦ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign proposals, creative assets, and performance reports.

✦ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

✦ Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to the creative team based on client requirements.

✦ Collaborate with colleagues to address challenges and continuously improve service delivery.

✦ Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.

#Qualifications:

✦ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

✦ 5- 7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency setting.

✦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

✦ Strong understanding of advertising strategies, media planning, and creative development.

✦ Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.

✦ Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and campaign success.
