Looking for Executive - Hub Operations / Team Leader

Location - Chhattisgarh ( Rajnandgaon & Gariyaband)

Experience - 1 to 3 yrs experience in operations

(Female Candidates are preferred)

Qualification - B.Tech or MBA

Skills Required -

1. End-to-end ownership of ensuring stellar Customer Experience by driving key business metrics.

2. Reduction and resolution of Customer grievances within the stipulated time by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

3. Establish process governance for the happy flow of shipments to the Customer doorstep.

4. Identifying customer dissonances/improvement opportunities and partnering with businesses to recommend actions.

5. Operational Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry.

6. Skill and knowledge of operating ERP used in logistics/supply chain.

7. Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, and MS Outlook mail.
