 Look no further! TBWA \ Raad is seeking a talented individual to join our growing, dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:

Spearhead our HR Ops and recruitment efforts, establish HR policies and processes tailored to the Saudi Arabian market, 

and support our exciting HR initiatives implemented globally across the Middle East. 

This role is based in Riyadh, and reports to our regional HR team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

👉 *Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.

👉 *Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.

👉 *Collaborate with the regional HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures specifically designed for the Saudi region.

👉 *Support and drive global People & Culture projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization in the region.

Requirements:

💼 *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

💼 *Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.

💼 *Strong understanding of HR best practices and Saudi labor laws and regulations.

💼 *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

💼 *Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
