Good functional understanding of the HR domain related system

Discussion with customer and team for capturing correct and complete requirement and documenting it.

GAP Study, Creation of Implementation Plan, Customization Document generation and approvals, Demo and Training Plan. good knowledge to prepare the SPECS and Test case for the functionality.
