1. Designer

Job Brief:

The designer will create and design digital & print assets for various advertising campaigns for various platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to work collaboratively with other designers and stakeholders. The candidate should also have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

Responsibilities :

▶ Designing and creating digital & print assets for various advertising campaigns.

▶ Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet the client's requirements.

▶ Ensuring that designs are delivered within the timeline and the design quality is met.

▶ Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

▶ 3-8 years of experience in digital advertising agency.

▶ Strong understanding of design principles.

▶ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

▶ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation – Up to 7 LPA

2. Creative Lead (Art) -

Job Brief: We are looking for a passionate and innovative Creative Lead (Art). As the Creative Lead, you will lead a team of designers and work closely with internal and client stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of captivating and on-brand visual assets across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

▶ Provide artistic direction and mentorship to the design team to achieve creative excellence.

▶ Lead brainstorming sessions and oversee the development of visual concepts and campaigns.

▶ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.

▶ Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet quality and brand standards.

▶ Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

▶ Proven experience of 7 to 8 years in a creative role, preferably in a network agency or creative studio. At least 3 years of creative leadership experience.

▶ Strong leadership and team management skills.

▶ Outstanding creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

▶ Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.

▶ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary up to 15 LPA + benefits.
