Hiring Social Media Optimizers who will be based out of Delhi and Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have the expertise in -

Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, copyright policies, content guidelines, emerging platforms, industry trends, and proactively recommend strategies to enhance our social media presence.

Manage all social platforms to build engaging communities as per business objectives.

Track, analayze, and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as per different platforms’ guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate social media elements.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our social media reach and drive brand advocacy.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to track performance and derive actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with copyright regulations on YouTube and Facebook, collaborating closely with the respective platforms.

Manage Corporate Branding, Employer Branding & Monetization.

Manage Revenue and explore more avenues to push more revenue through social content.

Proficient in Digital Marketing.

Good command on Punjabi language (read/ write/speak) shall be preferred.
