Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor cum Account Executive for our Science Content Project. The ideal candidate will oversee the production of high-quality science content while managing client relationships and ensuring project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

- Oversee the end-to-end production process for science content, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

- Coordinate with content creators, editors, and other team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Implement production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.

Account Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.

- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Manage project budgets, invoices, and financial documentation related to client accounts.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for content production and client engagement.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Contribute to the growth of TMW by identifying new business opportunities within the science content domain.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in production supervision and account management, preferably in the content creation industry.

- Strong understanding of science content production, including knowledge of current trends and best practices.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with healthcare content and related technologies.
