Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a leading logistics company? As the Executive, Accounts in New Jersey, you will manage all financial and accounting activities. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient payroll processing.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Finalize accounts within the due period.

Manage cash flow to ensure all payments are made within the credit period.

Complete bank reconciliation within the due period.

Conduct audits and implement auditors' findings and recommendations.

Handle revenue and cost accounting.

Process payroll within timelines.

File tax returns within timelines.

Control debtors' collection and manage debtors' ageing.

Submit accounting reports to management as per deadlines.
