Talent Scouting: Responsible for discovering and signing talented musicians and bands.

 

They actively seek out new artists, attend live performances, and listen to demos.

Artist Development: Once signed, will work closely with artists, arrange recording sessions

 and collaborate with producers.

Will stay abreast about music trends, market dynamics and emerging genres to make informed decisions.

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in marketing, business development, and talent management in the entertainment industry.
