 Manager - HR Strategy & PMO to join our team in Govandi (East), Mumbai. 

This individual contributor role will lead HR Strategy,

 Program Management & Data Governance, overseeing organization-

wide projects from the CHRO's office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement new initiatives around the employee life cycle

- Standardize HR practices and processes across the organization

- Provide insights through HR Analytics & Data Governance for a rewarding employee experience and business success

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in handling an HR COE role

- MBA (full-time) from a tier 1 college
