Max Fashion India is hiring for an Area HR position in Mumbai(Western Belt).

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with strong expertise in IR.

Ability to handle 12-15 stores across Mumbai Western Belt

Willingness to travel.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Excellent communication skills.

Any graduate / postgraduate.

Good sense of humor.

Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings with assigned business units.

Provide HR guidance and performance management support.

Resolve complex employee relations issues.

Design and execute employee engagement plans.

Identify training needs and monitor training programs.

Coordinate with HR team for effective information flow.
