Role - Executive - Sales and installation back-office support


Minimum Experience - 3 years and above in Sales and back-office support experience


Job Location - Oman


Salary approx. OMR 250 – 300 + sharing accommodation + annual air ticket + single status


Area of Responsibility


Sales Coordination 


 1.   Filing of contract documents and maintain contracts, site reports, drawings, delivery orders, Handing over documents, etc.).


2.  Finalise specification sheets with principals, prepare update drawings if and when required, respond to technical queries.


3.  Configure online/offline pricing and costing tools of principals as required.


4.  Coordinate within customer timelines for offer pricing, with advise from HOD.


5.  Order documentation with customer after completing internal procedures.


6.  Follow-up and complete all production release procedures including payment formalities,


7.  Prepare MIS, sales reports, contract trackers, incentive trackers, installation planning trackers


8.  Coordination with installation managers and supervisors for daily update of trackers.


9.  Visit customer / installation sites with sales team as and when required.


10. Update and maintain reference project list,


11. Preparing & issuing site inspection reports, handing over letters, warranty letters to the concern Project Engineers, 

filing contract closure documents, including service department handover.


12. Maintain distribute and track, updated technical bulletins and manuals concerned Project Engineers.

Logistics


 1.   All logistics formalities and documentation for post-production import and delivery at site of ordered shipments, 

including negotiation with logistics vendors.


2.  Coordinating with Principals nd local forwarders to ensure timely shipping process.


3.  Receiving Cargo Arrival Notice from the forwarder and preparing all related documents for clearance.


4.  Continues follow-up and securing original documents and packing list for all shipped project materials.

 

5.  Sending copy of commercial invoice to the insurance agents for transit insurance purpose.


6.  Coordinating with clearing agents and communicating with Site Engineers for material delivery at site


7.  Issuing delivery documents to the concerned site engineers at the time of materials delivery.


Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree


Total Experience: 3 years or above in similar sales support role. Field experience if any in sales / installation, will be an advantage.


Knowledge Requirements (Skills): Proficient with use of current day computers and relevant software tools MS Office, (Excel, Word, ppt)


Product knowledge: Preferably Elevators, Escalators, Parking Systems, UPVC doors & windows
