About the Role:

Orange Global Stories Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our executive leadership team. 

The CHRO will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, aligning HR strategies with company objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategy to support business goals.

Lead the HR team in delivering comprehensive HR services: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee recruitment to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Implement effective onboarding programs and succession planning . 

3.Employee Engagement and Development:

Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Implement training and development programs.

Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.

4.Compensation and Benefits:

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.

5.Performance Management and Compliance:

Implement performance management systems.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee relations.

6.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Champion DEI initiatives.

Develop and implement programs promoting DEI across all levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from a premier institute. related field. 

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.

Experience in digital, entertainment, or technology industries is a plus.

HR Skills:

Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Leadership and Management:

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Ability to attract, retain, and develop top HR talent.

Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
