Major KRA’S :

Full ownership for P&L of Talent Acquisition for a staffing & executive search firm. 

Strategize talent acquisition process, use automation to improve efficiency of operations. 

TAT, reduce cycle time and average cost per hire.

Lead a 10-member team.

Incumbent profile : 

12+ years of core experience in non-IT Talent Acquisition, with last 5 years as a team leader in a fast pace setup.

Exposure to niche hiring across diverse industry sectors, levels and domains.

Salary Range: 20 - 25LPA

 

Industry: Consultancy would be preferred
