Position - Talent Acquisition Specialist


Job Role :


The Recruitment executive will be responsible for

managing the manpower requirement as per the

Job description available. He/she will also be responsible for attracting selecting and fulfilling open positions by providing daily candidate calling tracker updating footfall generation report. Will be responsible for bulk recruitment of candidates and support the core team in daily HR related activities.


Job Profile


·       Manage Job posting in different Job Portals.


·       Short listing of resumes from Portals and other sources.


·       Provide inputs in Bulk Hiring Strategies.


·       Interact with the Candidates over phones and mails.

·       Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates


·       Scheduling Interview and following up with the candidates.


Job Requirement


·       MBA in Human resource or equivalent degree from a recognized institute.


·       Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in KPO, BPO or Sales domain.


·       Candidate should have an excellent communication skill.


·       Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Internet search tools.


·       Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.


·       Prior experience in campus recruitment, job fairs or similar activities will be preferred


·       Should have knowledge of ITES industry.


·       Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting.


·       Must work well under pressure and tight timelines


·       Should be ready to work as per UK time zone (12:30pm-9:30pm).
