Managerial Role in Business Transformation

Location : Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Jaipur

Shifts : Rotational shifts

Working days : 5

Salary : Up to 30 LPA + Variable

Education - Any Graduate

Experience - 10+ years of Strong experience in operations,

consulting and digital transformation solutions focused on Finance and Accounting

Required Skills -

1. Candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience into Business Transformation F&A (Lean six sigma certification and Black belt certification is good to have)

2. Experience dealing with CXO-2 on the client side with strong focus on billbility and outcomes

3. Hands on experience in data analysis/interpretation

4. Experience in driving process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma / RPA / AIML in any F&A Tower
