Preferred: - Experience in permanent and C2H hiring is must.

Job Profile: -

Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and hiring needs - Understand the overall needs and hiring requirements and source resumes accordingly

- Track and identify prospective candidates using multiple job portals

- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on-boarding process

- Candidate should be open to work on multiple positions within given timelines.

Requirements:

- Proven working experience in recruiting

- Deep understanding of recruitment processes

- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods - Integrity and confidentiality

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills along with analytical & problem solving skills
