Requirement:

1. Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.

3. Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals.

4. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Preference & Experience :

• 0-3 years of Experience in Customer Service & specifically calling exp is a must & should have good MS office expertise

• Good Communications skills, Fluent English is Mandate

• Graduates only
