MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd. (MTG Books) is looking for K-12 Books Leader !!!

As our K-12 Books Leader, you will be responsible for:

1. Working with authors, editors, Electronic Desktop Processing (EDP) and Graphic designers to create high-quality school books.

2. Developing and executing the publishing strategy for our school books line.

3. Managing the Editorial process from concept to completion.

4. Marketing and promoting our school books to educators and students.

5. Must be willing to travel to different schools and educational institutes for training purposes.

6. Conceptualiise new ideas for fresh titles and guiding the team.

7. Collaborate with teachers to align book choices with educational objectives.

Skills & Requirements:

1. A master's degree in education or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in the publishing industry as a School Books Head/Lead.

3. A proven track record of success in developing and publishing school books.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. A passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality educational resources.

6. Inter-departmental coordination and stay updated on educational trends and recommended relevant reading materials.

7. Must be willing for multi-tasking role and pro-active & alert.

8. Must have working MS-Office knowledge.
