Reliance Retail is Hiring for Logistics Manager for Bangalore Location.

Experience - 6 to 15 Years (Ecommerce, Fashion & Lifestyle & Retail Industry).

Job Description -

· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with transportation providers, warehouses, and other third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

 

·   Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously analyse and improve supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency, including route planning, demand forecasting, and order fulfilment.

 

·   Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics-related expenses, negotiate favourable contracts with suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.

 

· Technology Integration: Identify and implement relevant logistics technology solutions (e.g., warehouse management systems, transportation management systems) to streamline operations and improve visibility.

 

· Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and provide excellent service, including tracking shipments, resolving issues, and optimizing order-to-delivery processes.

 

· Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on logistics performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
