We are hiring for HR Generalist

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: Guindy, Chennai.

Job Description:

· Payroll processing & Statutory compliance

· Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

· Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and addressing employee inquiries.

· Support employee relations by providing guidance and counseling on HR-related matters.

· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and databases.
